Every bus that is supported by SET4NPL has an E-Ticketing machine on board. If you have a digital wallet or QR code for payments, you will be able to use it to pay your ticket. Alternatively, all you have to do is download the E-Ticketing App, create an account, and link it to a digital wallet. Then you can start paying for your bus trips conveniently and transparently with your smartphone by scanning your QR code or tapping it against the E-Ticketing machine when you enter and when you leave the bus. The algorithm will automatically calculate the price for your trip, and you will be charged the applicable amount. No cash needed!

No Problem! For everyone who doesn’t have a smartphone, of course you will also be able to make use of E-Ticketing! It is possible to access the E-Ticketing with dedicated smartcards which you can get from local partnering stores. Through the mobile app or partner stores it will be possible to top-up credit on your smartcard and then use it to pay for your bus trips. Look for distributors close to your local bus stop (the SET4NPL partner stores can be found here). Using your smartcard is easy: Just tap your smartcard on the E-Ticketing machine once you get on the bus and once you get off the bus and the right amount will automatically be deducted from the credit on your smartcard. When you check in and out on a bus, the E-Ticketing machine will show the credit which is left on your card.
